In-unit machines are small and slow. Drying is the real killer: no yard, no line, and damp clothes draped over every piece of furniture because a small apartment has nowhere else for them to go.

Apartment buildings raise practical questions, and they are easy to sort. If your building has a concierge or parcel room, collection and delivery can go through them. If you are behind a secure door or intercom, leave access instructions when you book, or arrange an agreed spot. Timing is flexible, so pick slots that fit around work. Once you have done it once, it becomes second nature.

Your bag is weighed on arrival and charged at $9.90 per kilo, so you pay for exactly what you send. Weight depends entirely on the garments, since denim, towels and bed linen weigh far more than light clothing, so we do not estimate it in advance. Pickup and delivery covers Sydney metro seven days, including the high-density inner city, the Surry Hills and Darlinghurst unit belt, the Inner West, the CBD and the Eastern Suburbs. Check our areas we serve page, or simply book and we will confirm. You can also drop in at Surry Hills or Leichhardt if that suits better.
Some strata buildings prohibit anything left outside a unit door. The fix is the concierge, the parcel room, or a nominated spot such as inside a secure lobby or with a neighbour. If your building has none of those, book a morning or evening window when you are home and choose “hand it to the driver”. We will text before we arrive. It takes thirty seconds at the door.
