The wonderful team at Wash Mate did a great job dry cleaning my two-piece suit, which was in quite a state when I gave it to them. Stains were removed and now looks good as new. Plus they were able to do the job in one day over the weekend. I dropped my suit off on Saturday and picked it up on Sunday. It is very hard to find a dry cleaner in Sydney that can provide this level of service.

Great and efficient service from the kind lady at the front on the 21st. Made mine and my friend's holiday so much better, knowing we can trust people we've met for a couple of minutes to help us not only clean and dry with a quick turnaround but also to take care of our luggage. Would highly recommend it if you are looking for quick and quality service.

Very good experience! Great communication through out the process. We utilized them twice while we were in Sydney at 2 different locations and they were able to take care of our laundry in both! Very reasonable price and was able to rush our order if needed so. Will definitely use them again when we go back to Sydney!

This place is the best. Not only was it easy to set up pickup/delivery and were my clothes washed, dried and folded well with little to no fragrance, the service was excellent. I had a few hiccups with my hotel but they were very accommodating and responsive. They helped out so much! Definitely recommend if you’re in Sydney! Thank you!!

Such lovely customer service, well priced and incredibly fast. I took my Dion Lee dress there to get five oil stains out and they are all completely gone. I’ll never go anywhere else.

If you’re reading this, look no further! I wish I could give them 10 stars. Not only do I hate traveling with dirty laundry but we did not pack enough warm clothes. We looked at all the different laundry services in our area and Wash Mate was the only company that provided same day drop off and pick up. We could enjoy our time here without wasting it. Wash Mate completely removed all colour transfer from my Henne wool coat. The colour transfer was caused by a Dragon Diffusion black leather bag. My coat looks perfect and brand new - the team did such an amazing job.

The colour transfer happened on Tuesday, I took my coat in the next day on Wednesday, and it was ready for pick up in 2 days on Friday. If you don’t have time - the team offers at home pick up and drop off.

The team was also so kind and understanding. Thank you for your amazing service!! Would 100% recommend if you have a designer/expensive item that needs to be treated.

WashMates is an amazing company. Their standards of work & service are extraordinary, on top of which Nathan managed
things really efficiently and is a natural, pleasant, human being. You can't get better than having all of that in one place!! Definitely a pleasure to do business with this company: they even held onto my completed washing for a considerable amount of time until I could organise an appropriate drop off date. And they quoted for additional items that were damaged during a water leak, including mould damage. They are the only company I could find that had precise times for pick up of laundry etc at one's home, so that I didn't have to stay there long or wait. They were exactly on time, each time ... above & beyond.

I had an amazing experience with this laundry service! The staff, especially the gentleman who helped me, was super friendly and welcoming. I had been struggling to find a place that could clean leather jackets, and I was so relieved to discover that this laundry offers that service.

They did a fantastic job on my jacket, which was in pretty bad condition, and they managed to restore it beautifully in just one day! I'm really happy with the results and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for specialized cleaning services.

Great service! They picked up at our hotel 5:30 in the afternoon and had our clothes washed and delivered the next morning. Great company to use if you're on a business trip for a few weeks.
