Yes. We use eco-friendly dry cleaning solvents that are gentler on your clothes and on the planet than traditional harsh chemistry, and you will notice the difference: no heavy chemical smell, and garments that are wearable straight away rather than needing a day to air. That is better for delicate fabrics and better for sensitive skin.

We give you a clear idea of turnaround up front, offer express options when you are in a hurry, and tell you honestly if something needs a little longer to do properly. Standard turnaround is 3 to 5 business days. A recurring weekly, fortnightly or monthly pickup can be set up in one email, with discounts customised to your volume.
We would rather say it than let you find out. Some stains will not lift, especially set-in perspiration on silk or old oxidised marks. Some hides are too cracked to save. Mould that has weakened fibres cannot be reversed. We inspect every item and tell you before we start. Being straight about that is what makes the rest of what we promise credible.
Laundry is $9.90 per kilo, weighed on arrival. Dry cleaning is per item: suits from $37, dresses from $28, coats from $29. Household items: doonas and blankets from $45, pillows from $30, curtains from $39 per metre, woollen rugs from $60. Specialist: leather, suede and sheepskin from $129, wedding dress cleaning and preservation from $350. Pickup and delivery from $15 per order. Every figure is a starting price, confirmed after inspection because fabric, construction and stains change the work. Yes. We look after hotels and serviced apartments, Airbnb hosts, aged care providers, restaurants and corporate uniforms, with regular scheduled collections and invoicing.
